Etsy Message Reply drafts your answer to a buyer's message. Buyer questions and concerns deserve a fast, professional reply, and this takes the wording off your plate. Use it for sizing questions, custom order quotes, late shipments, anything.

How to use it
- Open the app and pick Etsy Message Reply from the Customers group.
- Choose the situation that fits best: custom order quote, late shipment, out of stock, sizing question, order issue, or general thanks.
- Paste what the buyer wrote, in their own words. The reply is written in context, so the more you paste, the better it fits.
- Add the product so the reply can refer to it naturally.
- Run it, read it once, and send it. Faster replies make buyers happy, and happy buyers come back.
What you get
A kind, professional reply tailored to the situation and the buyer's own words. Ready to send, or close enough that a tweak takes seconds.
Tips
- Reply fast. Buyers love a quick answer, and a fast reply often prevents a question from turning into a cancellation or a bad review.
- Keep the tone plain and friendly. A buyer who wrote a casual two line message wants a human back, not a form letter.
