How to use Listing Refresh
3 min read · Published August 11, 2026
Listing Refresh is for listings that exist but aren't working. Instead of starting from scratch, you paste in the current title and description and get back a rewritten version, same facts, better words.
What you'll fill in
These are the fields the tool asks for, exactly as they appear in the app. Required fields are marked; the rest you can leave blank and CopySprout fills the gaps.
- Your current titleRequired
Your existing title — we’ll keep the facts and improve it.
Example: Paste the title exactly as it is now
- Your current descriptionRequired
Your current description — paste it exactly.
Example: Paste the description exactly as it is now
- ProductRequired
The specific item as shoppers see it — be exact.
Example: Hand-thrown ceramic mug
How to use it
- Open the app and pick Listing Refresh from the Listings group.
- Paste your current title into the first box, exactly as it is now.
- Paste the current description into the second box, exactly as it is now.
- Add the product name so the rewrite stays anchored to the right item.
- Run it. Compare the old version to the new one and copy over what's better. You can always run it again with the new version for another pass.
What you get
An optimized version of your listing: your details and facts kept, the search words sharpened, and the writing tightened. Nothing invented, nothing lost.
Tips
- Keep it honest. The AI keeps your facts and never invents new ones, so what you paste in is what comes back, improved.
- Refresh one listing at a time and give it a week. If views pick up, the same treatment will work on the next one.
