Polish My Writing is for the text you already wrote yourself. A listing, a message, a bio: paste it in, choose what to improve, and get it back cleaner, still sounding like you.
What you'll fill in
These are the fields the tool asks for, exactly as they appear in the app. Required fields are marked; the rest you can leave blank and CopySprout fills the gaps.

How to use it
- Open the app and pick Polish My Writing from the Social group.
- Paste your writing into the text box. The more complete it is, the better the polish.
- Choose what to improve: make it clearer, fix grammar and spelling, warmer tone, or more professional.
- Run it. Compare the original to the polished version.
- Copy the polished version back where it came from, or run it again with a different goal to see the other direction.
What you get
Your writing, cleaned up: grammar fixed, clarity sharpened, tone adjusted, with your voice left intact. Same meaning, better delivery.
Tips
- Great for getting your writing checked before it goes live. Run every important listing or message through it once.
- Pick one goal per run. "Clearer" and "warmer" pull in different directions, so decide what this piece needs and aim for that.
