How to use Tag Set

Every listing gets 13 tags, and this tool writes all of them in one run. Use it whenever you list something new, and again when an existing listing goes quiet and you want to try different search words.

What you'll fill in

These are the fields the tool asks for, exactly as they appear in the app. Required fields are marked; the rest you can leave blank and CopySprout fills the gaps.

How to use it

1. Open the app and pick Tag Set from the Listings group.
2. Fill in the product, materials, style, and occasion. The occasion box is where gift and seasonal searches get covered, so it's worth a word even if it's just "gift".
3. Run it. You get 13 tags, each under 20 characters and written as the phrases buyers type, not single words.
4. Hit More options if you want three fresh sets to compare.
5. Paste the set you like into the listing's tags and save.

What you get

13 tags, all under Etsy's length limit, each one a search phrase. The set covers the core product words plus the occasions and styles around them.

Tips

• Etsy allows 13 tags, max 20 characters each. Tags longer than that get cut off, so keep the ones you choose short.
• Don't use single words like "mug" and "cup" as separate tags. CopySprout writes phrases instead, which match real searches far better.
